A Doctors Dream

Dr J van der Merwe spent numerous holidays in the small village Aviemore in Scotland and his dream was to create a similar quaint village in Sedgefield, South Africa offering secure and affordable dwellings. A more contemporary version of the traditional Tudor style dwellings was envisaged. Unfortunately, Dr Van der Merwe was fatally injured in a motor vehicle accident during a holiday in Namibia.
