Complete the below form and submit for registration to the HOA Membership Portal and when any of your details change.  Your form will be sent to Tina Cornish – Communication Trustee, who will then record and share certain information to Trustees and Trafalgar Property Management to keep your information updated. 

We do not use your email or cell number for spam neither share any information without your permission.  Please read our Privacy Policy and our Membership Privacy for any concerns you may have.

Guidelines for completing this form

All fields marked with a red star* is compulsory to be filled in to allow the form to be submitted and give us the required consent. If you have a reason that prevents you from submitting the form, please email Tina and explain the problem or request help to complete.

Note: Individual adults must submit a separate form using their personal email address to gain access to the Membership Portal and the gate.

To clearly identify yourself, you will fall into one of these categories:

  1. Tenant – any person residing in the home with a rental agreement in place.
  2. Permanent Resident – a person residing in the home without a rental agreement in place. Like a relative who owns the property and has given you permission to reside within. This includes a spouse and/or adult children, when their partner/parent is the only registered owner and reside together as a family. Including a person who has power of attorney for authority of the property.
  3. On-Site Home Owner – a person who is the legal registered owner and resides on the premises.
  4. Off-Site Home Owner – a person who is the legal registered owner and resides elsewhere. Your home is being rented out or used a holiday home.
  5. Co-Owner – Where one or more persons are the registered owners. E.g. (Husband & Wife).
  6. Trust Owner – Where you are a part-owner of the property that is held in a trust.
