Aviemore Membership Portal
Launched in February 2025, the Aviemore Membership Portal is a secure, private digital space designed exclusively for our community. This portal facilitates communication, and empowers residents and stakeholders to access essential estate information at their convenience.
Why We Created the Portal
The portal provides a mobile-friendly, easy-to-navigate platform accessible via your mobile device or computer (see our instructions to add the icon to your home screen). Each adult with an email address will receive a secure login granting access, based on their role within the estate.
The portal provides you with:
- Updated estate documents
- Security guidelines
- Meeting minutes (Trustee, AGM, SGM)
- Gate access instructions
- Important Trustee information for HOA management
Registration is mandatory for access through the estate’s security gate.
Membership Access Levels

| Estate Agent | Access to downloadable documents: current levies, rules, building guidelines, etc. |
| Tenant | Access to rules. |
| Permanent Resident | Access to rules, meeting minutes (Trustee, SGM, AGM). |
| On-Site Homeowner | Access to rules, meeting minutes (Trustee, SGM, AGM). |
| Off-Site Homeowner | Same access as On-Site Homeowners. |
| Trustee | Full access to all data provided with your consent on the registration form. |
Your Privacy is Our Priority
- Only your name and email are recorded on the website database.
- All additional registration form details are stored privately and are visible only to the Aviemore Management team.
- Only homeowners’ name, mobile number, email and residential addresses are cross-referenced with Trafalgar for accuracy of record updates. No other personal data is shared with Trafalgar, estate agents, or tenants.
- Your cell number is used for:
- Gate access via the Accentronix app
- WhatsApp group communications (by request only)
- Your email address is used with MailPoet to send important community updates.
